Generally speaking, Chinese people are famous worldwide for being ruthless predators and eaters of animals (Video 1).

But this is a mistake. Not all Chinese can be put in this same jar.

Besides, the same can be said of any massive meat-eating human society around the world. Just go to a slaughterhouse and you will see the cruelty against domestic animals year round (Video 2).

Regarding China, there are many Chinese who fight damn hard for the Rights of Animals. 

And lately these activists have achieved great progress in the animal welfare realm.

Through their constant pro-animal work, they have pressured China´s government to remove a controversial animal testing rule for certain types of cosmetics. 

This means a lot of animals will be saved from being tortured in the cosmetic industry.
