It is said that the majority of Chinese will eat just about anything. They are famous for such exotic foods such as swallow nest soups, elephant and rhino prick soups, dog stews and what have you.
If you are a frog or any edible animal that happens to land in China and are not one of those protected species, chances are you would go through hell in the kitchen at home or at the restaurant. The cook may skin you alive, chop you alive...
Unless you fall in the hands of an animal lover and there are a lot of loving pet owners in China as well. Compassionate people are everywhere although they are a minority. Quite unfortunately!
Sometimes the irony pops up here and there, as it happened to a billionaire who was sent to the netherworld after chewing poisoned cat meat. Poor kitty! But Felix got his revenge!!
