The Rendlesham Forest case is considered sound evidence for extraterrestrial presence in the universe, according to some UFO experts.

It happened in Rendlesham Forest, Suffolk, England, near the Royal Air Force (RAF) military bases of Woodbridge and Bentwaters in December 1980. These bases were in the hands of the United States Air Force (USAF) during the Cold War at the time of the incident.

Various militaries, including Lt. Col. Charles I. Halt, reported flashing lights and a possible landing of an unidentified alien craft in Rendlesham Forest on 27th-28th December 1980.

The Rendlesham Forest case is also known as the "British Roswell".

Nevertheless, some people believe this UFO case is a hoax. It was really a behavioural sciences research project and a field test for new advanced technologies at the bases.
