Governments deny the existence of chemtrails. But those folks in the public that have looked up to watch airplanes fill up the skies with gasses right in front of their eyes and some people that have been studying this phenomenon know better. And more so those people affected and getting sick by the chemicals chemtrails contain: Barium, strontium, aluminium, etc.
Chemtrails are a fact (Video 1). They are part of a geoengineering massive project.

If you want to find out about chemtrails, all you have to do is type the word "chemtrails" on any search machine on the web and you will get a tonne of material talking about them.
On the official side there is practically nothing on chemtrails.
However there some exceptions. For example, congressman Dennis Kucinich introduced a bill (HR-2977) in the House of Representatives in 2001 on the ban of the weaponisation of space.
On this bill, congressman Kucinich mentioned and included "chemtrails" in the category of "exotic weapons systems".
He gives a listing other terrible weapons, all of which should be kept away from being deployed in the sky.
