Are you hungry? Does anybody want cheese, coffee, cocoa powder, cookies, breakfast cereals, flour, vegetables, fruits, etc. with carbon dioxide

Practically everything we buy at the grocery stores to eat has been gassed to preserve its "naturalness" and make it last decades on the store shelves as well. This is done in the name of "protecting our health." Fuck!!!

It is true that one of the wonders that modern living gives us is that  we do not have to go huffing and puffing after our next meal. But the price is high: ruined health.

Food packaging gasses are wonderful to keep microbes away but weaken our blood vessels, particularly the ones found from the knee downwards. They also mess up the homeostatic mechanism that keep your blood at the right pH.

Junk food or gassed veggies and fruits also upset the microbiome´s chemistry in your gut, turning you into sort of a motorcycle, full of farts (Fig. 1).

If you are young and full of piss and vinegar you will not notice it too much but as you age do not be surprised if you start seeing varicose veins on your legs, your heart acting up or become oversized.

And remember we are not considering here the migration of the molecules of the plastic components towards the food  in the package or viceversa. This is another story.

No wonder ecovampires have their digestive system fucked up. Gastroenterologists and proctologists get rich cutting and pasting ecovampires´ guts and assholes at the hospitals. Ouch!!

You are free to eat whatever food you like, provided you have the money to buy it at the store. It´s your belly!

Bon apetit!!
