HOW DO BIRDS DO IT? SUSTAINABLE VS. UNSUSTAINABLE

Both species are suffering from hunger for screwing. One to pass on genes. The other for fun, to kill time, do away with boredom, gain renown, be someone in the crowd and possibly to achieve some pencil sharpening along the way.

One waits for the Spring. The other anytime.

One is totally sustainable. At least if left alone.

The other is totally unsustainable, despite the rethoric and mumbo jumbo about it, so fashionable nowadays in the press.

One thinks that is less of an animal than the other which gives him, according to his shortsighted way of seeing things, an unfounded excuse to kill and exterminate any other species apart from himself.

The other already is an ingrained part ot the Biospheric Equation and therefore is not into this silly game of who´s better.

One pretends to be and acts as if far removed from Nature, but this species still is as dependent on Mother Nature as the rest on planet Earth. Now more than ever.

And yet this species, the one that feels so special, is so fucking stupid that it is messing up its own nest. The only nest.

One is sane. The other is insane.

Let us see who they are. One is a bird, the Sage Grouse. The sane species. The other is a primate, man. The insane species, so far.

Let us compare their lekking behaviour:

Now the big question:

How do Sage Grouse do it? What can we learn from this bird? What can this bird teach us?

That´s what we must find out.

Albeit rather too late, according to some experts.

And the way we are going, squandering natural resources (Videos 2-3), they are probably right.

Changing our addiction to an ever expanding anti-biospheric lifestyle is our main dilema.
