Boudicca, queen of the Iceni (East Anglia), has captured the imagination of many a writer. She was was a warrior woman who bravely fought the invading Roman armies in Britain.

At least this is what the historical accounts tell us. Whatever happened in Britain in those days is lost in time and nobody really knows what occurred there for sure.

It is fucking hard to separate facts from myths in any historical documents and more if they come from medioeval sources.

There were a lot of liers and paid scribes writing political propaganda even in those days. Tacitus never visited Germania, for instance. He constructed Germany´s image for his classical lie drawing from other writers who may have also sinned of faking data.

What if queen Boudicca instead of fighting the Romans went to the capital of the empire to learn the ways of managing her kingdom better and at the same time enjoy Rome´s luxuries and also breathe once in a while the stench of human shit of this powerful city.

As the song says: "Perhaps, perhaps".

We do not have to go far. Quite recently, do you remember when we were told that Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction in Irak?

The whole damn thing turned out to be "words of mass deception".

Perhaps this is also the case with a lot of the famous historical figures in European history who got to be famous only because they were experts at feasting, sucking the blood of poor peasants, chopping the heads or sticking swords in the belly of powerful enemies.

Here again, this is what the owners of the planetary chicken coop tell us to keep us believing what they want us to believe that we live free in an ingeniously set up global cage.

Nevertheless, one thing stands true when perusing ancient documents. There were kings in the past that fought with all their might against the human lizards that have taken over the world now and that are also fond of monopolising everything from food to gold and money to keep everybody under control in a freedom mirage.

Anyway, we do not want to spoil the party. People are free to believe what they want to believe or what they are made to believe by the masters of the global show.

But no matter what happened in olden Britain, we can still enjoy a fancy movie about its history.

Why the fuck not! So here we go with a film on Boudicca which has plenty of slashing and cutting human meat and some scenes of heavy breathing too.

Happy mental masturbation!

Today´s movie: Boudicca: Warrior queen (English, subtítulos en español).
