If you are into masturbating your mind with aliens and other Hollywood tricks, this is the movie for you. You will not be disappointed.
What´s funny about this film is that man is supposed to be in the year 2093, and except for the civilised androids, the rest of the crew is a bunch of ill-tempered morons, behaving just like the warmongering "engineers", the aliens that created humans, or terrible brats, like the old bastard who owns everyone else including the starship and who does not want to go to hell as yet. Not wihout finding out who made him.
Although this biospherically unsustainable movie, as all are, is a mixed bag of bits and pieces from other films, patched together to make you forget your living hell for a couple of hours, we must say one thing: movie makers are good at creating scenarios to make your brains twist or burn with imagination, enough to make you imagine that you have been imagined and created on someone else´s image to contain your own imagination within an elite´s global plan that itself has very little imagination to solve what needs to be solved on Earth to make sure man does not become a piece of dried shit in the fossil record or, on the other hand, to implant in your head hidden messages to keep you dumber, penned in the global sheeple coop.
Anyway, this film is in a way man upside down. Or the alien sequel upside down.
But fun to watch if you enjoy sci-fi movies, for man is overall a funny clown. So are aliens. The ones in this movie, that is.
All in all, go ahead. You will get a kick out of watching Prometheus, the name of today´s feature. It is a grand eye feast!
After you have watched the movie, make sure you get your feet back on the ground again.
Remember, we are still on Earth and it is our duty and must to take care of it.
And now, let this unsustainable movie make your own life more sustainable! Bearable, that is.
