Human psychology is a vast field. You can get lost in it. There are a lot people who do not know anything about it or do care to learn about it. And yet we all depend on it in our everyday lives. Psychology is at the bottom of all human relations.

So, it is a good idea to learn what makes us tick.

Of course, when we throw ourselves into this deep pond to learn about it, we may not find quick answers to what is besieging us psychologically at the moment.

But this journey will be always fruitful and we will come out it enriched and thereby contributing positively to the lives of those around us.

This is why learning about human psychology is extremely important.

From the beginning we must tell you we are not what you would call professionals in human psychology.

But who is when you see that even psychologists sometimes fail to solve their own nagging problems or rely on someone else´s problems from their professional lives to approach their own to solve them?

We have seen that sometimes simple people, lacking a career in this field, can hit the target better, pointing out immediately what is bugging you by using just common sense to tell you the cause of a psychological problem than an arrogant psychologist who thinks he or she knows everything and who misses the point to point out what is making you pointed like a needle.

So, if something is bugging you psychologically, make sure you find one who knows himself or herself to a deep degree, very humble and who is willing to admit his or her mistakes quickly.

But let us get to the point:

What are we up to with our psychological diving post?

We can put it in a couple of questions:

  • Have you found yourself suddenly weeping, with buckets of tears coming out of your eyes, whilst engaged in a peaceful conversation with your friend and which has no emotional load content at all?
  • Did this sudden burst of tearfulness go away just as it appeared?

If so, this may mean you are suffering from what experts call pseudobulbar affect (PBA) without you realising it.

Suffering from bouts of uncontrollable episodes of crying or laughing without any reason is what PBA is all about.

We are not going to delve into this matter here.

But the following article on PBA will serve you as a starter for your own quest to get to know you yourself. Click here to read it.

For more details on PBA, read this.

If PBA is bugging you, you may find some help at your table though.

In some cases, the solution to your PBA problem may be easier to solve than you thought, simply by radically changing your diet.

Today more and more nutritionists and medical doctors are realising that there is a strong connection between what we eat and disease.

As a matter of fact, what we eat is the key to a lot of our medical problems including delaying our unavoidable appointment with death a little bit more.

Furthermore, keeping our intestinal microbiota (IM) happy will make us healthier longer.

How can we keep the IM happy?

It is simple. Not loading our bodies with processed foods or big chunks of meat (including chicken) loaded with chemical residues (antibiotics, veterinary drugs, pesticides and hormones); antibiotic- and mercury-laden fish and shellfish and GM-fed GM fish.

Why not then consider switching to a vegetarian or vegan diet?

It is still life for life, for plants are alive too.

But your body will be glad you did. So will Mother Earth!

Moreover, to begin with, you may be allergic to gluten without knowing it, so watch carefully your wheat input or any other cereal containing gluten in your diet.

In this day and age, wheat is not what it used to be anymore. herbicide resistant wheat.

Besides, gluten may make you or break you.

Also, don´t forget that foods which have been manufactured from intensive farmed or genetically engineered herbicide-resistant crops tend to contain residues of pesticides.

Try to eat organic products as much as possible.

We all know by now that white sugar or added sweeteners can be killers. Do your best to avoid them.

And above all, keep track of what you eat and watch carefully for any unusual reactions in your body after you have eaten your food.

Your body is always talking to you. It is just that most people do not pay attention or listen to it until it is sometimes too late.

For example, some people´s patience threshold tend to be lowered after they have eaten some processed cookies or bread made of white all-purpose flour.

In other words, they get angry easier.

These are a few things that will help you.

And of course, remember that "trees that do not bend with the wind will not last the storm".

Last but not the least, smile!

A smile on your heart well reflected on your face will do a lot of good to you!

We have seen happy poor people even in the face of starvation. If you are swimming in abundance, why not be happy?

Do good to others. Don´t be hell to others, for hell will fall on you, sooner or later.

Bye bye!
