Many people of the 7 billion who now inhabiting planet Earth have their lives concentrated in the realm of Me, only Me and only for Me. Too many so.
But there are also many people who go beyond their Me. People who really dedicate their lives to other people. People who fight for the rights of animals and plants. These are love oases in a world plagued with fear, pain, hopelessness, hunger and wars.
Jill Phipps, an english activist for Animal Rights, was one such oasis:

Jill Phipps era un activista inglesa vegana por los derechos
animales que murió atropellada por un camión de transporte de animales que
trataba de detener antes de que fuesen enviados al matadero.
Murió tal y como vivió… luchando sin temor por los animales.

Jill Phipps was an English vegan animal rights activist who died crushed under a truck that was transporting calves. She was trying to stop the
truck in an effort to save the lives of the animals that were taken
to the slaughterhouse.
She died as she lived ... fearlessly fighting for animals.
