The Big Apple has its own secret and not so secret underground world: An intricate maze of tunnels (Fig. 1) and bunkers not many people have seen.

Under New York, you will not find only big rats, crocs and creepy maggots but also workers, thieves, drug addicts, alcoholics, mentally ill, secret bunkers, subways, cars, lots of cables and pipes, amongst others usual and unusual things. And of course, massive quantities of human crap.
Even aliens (reptoids) and demons (djinns) lurk in the darkness down there and call this underground world home, according to some experts.
If you happen to be in New York, take some time and talk to any homeless hanging around in Central Park.
He or she will tell you many stories about having one or more of his/her friends lost or vanished forever deep underground in the Big Apple´s shitty guts.

Some stories will be just imagination but if you listen carefully you might get a true story of the strange things that go on in this subterranean world.
An old man, one who had been a mole in New York for about 14 years, was rehabilitated and probably was in his mid-fifties, once told us that he had seen “dead rats totally wrapped up by a strange shiny, green glue”, like the “slime of a garden slug but green” in some dark tunnels under New York. This substance was “hot and burnt your hands when you touched it”.
He once spotted the tip of the elongated hind legs of the alien creature he thought it had killed the rats.
The critter crawled like a snake but was not a snake. It was crawling into a “big pipe” and “quick”. It had “hooves like a goat” and was “slimy green an´ stinking like hell”.
We are familiar with such a mysterious cryptic creature in our scientific field trips in the tropics. Unfortunately we have not been able to capture one yet.
As far as we know this beast comes out only at night. We have been told by many Latin American peasants that this “diablo” (devil) eats only human and animal flesh.
It preys on domestic cats quite often.
And this is just the tip of this creepy iceberg.
Anyway, regarding mole people, most "normal" Big Applers will not give a fucking damn or miss any beggar swallowed by the "night" down under New York.
