THE VATICAN´S HIVE: DO THEY MAKE SENSE?

An indulgence. Source: Justice (2011).

Make no mistake, these people wield a lot of power. They possess a vast empire carved through the centuries.

As a matter of fact, they are all over the planet (Fig.1).

We are talking about the Vatican, an independent state. A tiny country commanded by a single person elected by the Curia. A man who does his job like a monarch: The Pope.

As far as power is concerned, by looking at the above map (Fig. 1) and by knowing that catholics "confess their sins" to a priest, now you can imagine why some experts believed that the Vatican´s folks have perhaps the best intelligence databank in the world.

And, as you know, wherever there is power, and knowing how easily people can be corrupted, you will find people within this institution who can get strayed from their flock. Sometimes even their bankers fall in the dirty trap.

It was not long ago that the Catholic Church through the Episcopal Conference in Costa Rica (CECOR) was found to be involved in illegal financial deals with the Grupo SAMA, with the convenience of various offshores companies created and registered in Panama such as Servicios Pastorales Latinoamericanos, S.A., Servicios Bursátiles Internacionales, S.A., Indalia Holdings Inc. and Sarita Trading S.A.

This is just an example.

Obviously, it is people who maintain in place such a vast empire. It takes money to run it. And it also takes money to keep and maintain the people who are behind it.

This empire is expensive to keep alive. It is People who make it expensive, for God does not need money at all.

Just think of the amount of money they need to upkeep the New St. Peter´s Basilica alone in the Vatican City.

How about to build it? What did it take?

It took a lot of indulgence sales to finance the construction of this mammoth building.

Ginny Justice´s Master´s thesis (2011) will you an idea about it. We also recommend you Scotti´s book (2006). Go ahead and read them. You can find the former at the end of this post. As for Scotti´s, go here.

Since this topic is extremely extensive, we will leave it at that but for one question.

Who do they trust to handle their empire´s money?

For this job, they have quite a few. But they must rely on people who they can really trust.

And here is one person who they could trust a few years ago: Sigieri Diaz della Vittoria Pallavicini

In 2004, Sigieri Diaz della Vittoria Pallavicini was consultant of the "Preffetura per gli affari economici della Santa Sede". In other words, he was in control of the "balanci del Vaticano" (Milano Finanza, 2004).

If it were not for the fact that this aristocrat belongs to what some historians refer to as the "Black Nobility", this matter would not be interesting at all. But his mother is Maria Camilla Pallavicini. And she comes from not only an old stirp and but also is, according to some experts, one of the richest women on planet Earth.

In a nutshell, when you talk about the Vatican you are talking about a global network - the Vatican´s hive - where people in it are working towards a common end: Saving humans´ souls.  At least that is what they say.

What for?

They only know!

In the meantime, millions of people are going hungry or starving on the face of the planet.

The Lord would definitely not want that!!!

So, tell us, if you were a dragon sitting on the Nibelungen´s treasure, would it make sense for you to talk about poverty?

Nonetheless, rich or well-off people do so. All the time.

But you can only make sense if what you do makes sense when this sense makes sense in the sense of what has sense when it must make sense to have sense.

Otherwise you will not make sense.

Making sense with the sense of the common sense in a human world with little common sense is one of Man´s biggest dilemmas.

So, do they make sense?

Can you make sense?
