GASLAND: FRACKERS AND FRACKED SURFING THE MODERN TIDE

The corporate frackers and their teams of fracking scientists will tell you that their fracking does not do any harm to underground aquifers.

But the fracked people will tell you otherwise, that their wells get fucked up, i.e. contaminated with all sorts of nasty chemicals, soon after the frackers move in and get busy doing their damn fracking in the neighboughhood.

Mon Capitaine, this is a fucking fracking dilemma because in the end, the lives of both people alike, frackers and fracked, depend on fossil fuels to keep on surfing their respective modern living high tide.

Surfing this tide means that people require natural gas for many purposes: To cook with, a source of power to keep their butt warm in winter and cool it off in the summer, to manufacture myriad things (fertilizers, plastics, antifreeze, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, etc.), amongst other uses, but no one really wants to get his own backyard ill-fracked.

Oui, mon ami. It is sort of a catch-22.

It is a matter of technology on technology to solve other technology that screws up other technology to keep on technology which will eventually need more technology to solve other technology in an endless chain of technology on top of technology.

As moronic children, we want this but we do not want that when this that hits us hard on what we thought it was that but it turned out to be not that what we wanted but a hell of a that which went instead against what we supposed to be a that as we wanted to be that. And before we knew we were all hooked on that.

And there is no end in sight on that.

Now, learning to smoothly unhook ourselves from our own trap without eating more of our own crap and at the same time restoring the environment and keeping it clean is but one amongst many man-made problems that we are now facing up.

Will we get fucked or are we already fucked?

Only time will tell.

Anyway, here is a documentary on fracking from the bottom up (Videos 1-2). It is worth watching, folks:

Now, what do you think about fracking? Do you want to be fracked?

Back to square one!

See you later, alligators!
