At the beginning, today´s movie (Branded) is slow and rather fucking boring, too much bullshit and jacking around. But hang on there!

For those of you who are brainwashed to expect lots of action such as explosions, bullets and car chasing and crashes, this part might turn you sour. But there is one single brief and fake explosion left for your imagination.

This is for you if you are a secret voyeur, then you will get excited and perhaps decide to screw your pillow or doll when watching the scene of heavy breathing performed in a car. 

Now, way past half the movie is when things get rather interesting from the point of view of control of herds of human cattle. 

And this alone makes this movie worth watching, for it will show you how controlled people are around the world by numerous socially engineered mechanisms, including the tricks of the meat industry, especially the bloody and chemically contained hamburgers that make you grossly fat, diabetic, cheesy and horny, short tempered and dumb. 

In a gist, meat was abolished and vegetarianism was implanted in this movie. 

Like in this film, humans do inhabit a fucking sort of real-surreal, dystopian and upside down world. The haves eat or fuck up directly or indirecty the have-nots.

Vegetarianism is indeed a wonderful idea for those of us who are against animal holocausts.

Naturally, if you are hooked on meat, then you will get mad, for this movie challenges your cherished memories associated with Xmas turkeys, backyard parties, and other get togethers always done around cooked chunks of animal cadavers. 

People are programmable and programmed biological robots. Thus, people eat memories.

Vegetarianism would be and definitelly is a good idea in a world of finite natural resources. Keep in mind that more 50% of the food in rich countries is already wasted.

Intensive production of meat has a heavy ecological footprint on the environment, according to a FAO Report (English or Español). We concur.

This footprint will increase as more and more people get richer in the developing nations (Brazil, Russia, India, etc.) and demand more and more meat in the global market.

In a vegetarian world, there would be no more animal holocausts around the world and we would have then moved on beyond the cultural chains inherited from the ancient world and which still have most people captive by the tongue.

Which cultural chains? 

Separating humans from animals solely on the basis of the mind. This system is at the base of the way we relate with other Mother Earth´s creatures. 

If a fully sentient creature cannot think the way "Homo sapiens" do, then it is concluded by most people that is not a person, a he or she,  but an it and this it is therefore inferior and humans can do as they please with it. 

And this is NOT the way we should relate with other nonhumans on this planet. This way of thinking, amongst other things, is taking us to join the labyrinthodonts.

And controlled masses of human cattle is after all one of the goals of the global elite. The elite wants to have you licking their ass, eating form their hand, being obedient and never rebelling against those hidden or visible masters.

It is a movie to ponder. And this we must in a world in crisis.

Whoever get there first and is the strongest, has the largest and strongest army and beats the hell out of anyone who opposes him, be it local or invading, or fights and beats to pulp others inside and outside to get the same objective, he will get the whole damn cake and will make the rules. 

The winner gets is all (Video 1) and will make his damn rules, many a times conveniently named "democratic". Sounds familiar?

Man is not what he thinks he is but what he thinks he is not, despite of what he thinks he is, he is not what thinks he is, he is what he is and what he is not and what he is and is not is what he is not and thinks he is, for he is an asshole. That´s what he is: A big asshole!

Man is Homo insapiens. He is an asshole. And if anyone of his species for any reasons, biological or ethical, tries not to be one or is not an asshole, he or she will be pressured to become such, ridiculed, mistreated and sometimes thrown in jail or killed by any assholes around him or her.

Since we are kids we hear that "man is logical and rational". Fuck!

First he arms his neighbour and next he calls him for a fight to lighten, as in mediaeval times when it meant to bring something totally down, the neighbour´s economy to enhance his own but in the end if the winner is not "democratic" with his own folks or neighbours, he may end up eating shit as well. 

All of this when this should not be the case were man a true logical creature.

That business so often brought in to bear on the issue of resources, that there is not enough for everyone is bullshit. There is plenty for everbody and still lots of leftovers.

Otherwise people in rich nations would not be overconsuming and throwing away half of their food daily. 

It is estimated that 3 million tonnes of bread are thrown away in the European Union alone each year (Video 2). This is just an example.

We’ve reported before on how much food gets wasted: Most recently on the $20 billion wasted every year in the UK. In Japan, 20 million tonnes of food gets thrown away each year, a figure that is five times the amount of world food aid for the poor. Though it won’t help feed any people, Japan is turning to processing a portion of that food waste into something useful: Feed for animals.

ENN tells us that the food waste turned animal feed is up to 50% less expensive that regular feeds, and how on one pig farm manufacturing its own feed allowed the farm to offset the costs of rising feed prices. It goes on the discuss this movement in general:Japan is world’s largest importer of corn as animal feed
Japan currently imports 75% of all its animal feeds and is the world’s largest importer of corn for use as animal feed. Though food waste animal feeds only account for 1% of all feedstocks used in Japan the volume in 2006 was double that of three years previous. The Japanese food industry, the single biggest source of food waste, is now recycling about 35% of this waste. Ultimately this waste is turned into into both wet and dry feed.

Hiroyuki Yakou, a manufacturer claims that this feed results in a better tasting meat:

A blind test of pork shows respondents tell the difference immediately. That's because the fat of our pork is sweeter than usual. Another effect of tasty feed is that hens produce more eggs than usual.

Though I’ve got some pretty strong views on the ethics and implications of raising animals in large feedlots, as well as the benefits of a vegetarian diet in reducing your eco-footprint, I’ll leave it to readers to debate the merits or demerits of this one.

DEER HUNTERS AND FOOD WASTE: INFECTION WITH CHRONIC WASTING DISEASE (CWD)

Hunters should stop dumping potentially diseased and or pesticide filled deer carcass to the pantries, if you really "care" about the hungry start salvaging food with all your bubbah friend, grow some crops and feed the hungry that way but of course you won't do that because there is no fun of killing involved.

CWD/Mad Deer Disease spread by hunting

An Associated Press story speculates today that Wisconsin hunters, having killed deer in the area of the state known to be infected with mad cow-like Chronic Wasting Disease (CWD), might have spread the disease around the state by taking carcasses back to their homes and dumping them in the environment. Yes, that is a possibility, but not the most obvious possibility. Feeding rendered byproducts is a much more obvious threat to spread CWD around the state, the nation and to other livestock. Extensive supplement feeding of wild deer to grow big antlers has gone on in Wisconsin's CWD eradication zone, and in fact all over much of the US. The supplements contain protein, minerals, and binders (fat), much of it from rendered slaughterhouse waste, the same stuff that amplified and spread mad cow disease in England. In Wisconsin in 1995 alone over 26,000 road-killed deer were rendered into meat and bone meal used in animal feed. Unlike Britain and Europe, the US still feeds billions of pounds of mammalian rendered byproduct back to livestock. As we document in our book Mad Cow USA, US feed regulations are so weak that cattle blood is used in calf feed. Such policies are inviting a disaster that could dwarf Britain's mad cow crisis since the US is the biggest meat producing country in the world.

As Wisconsin and other states face a growing epidemic of Chronic Wasting Disease, also dubbed the 'mad deer' epidemic, many outdoor writers, veterinarians and wildlife biologists are stumbling badly, dishing out inaccurate and potentially deadly human health advice regarding the risks of eating animals infected with this mad cow-like Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathy (TSE). In the St. Paul Pioneer Press writer Chris Niskanen claims that "The World Health Organization reports no evidence that humans who consume deer that have the illness can contract CWD or any related illnesses." Actually, there is scientific evidence that 'mad deer' might infect humans, and what WHO has emphasized is that no part of any animal infected with any TSE disease, including CWD, should be consumed by a person or animal. Robert Shull, the director of the state of Wisconsin's Veterinary Diagnostics Lab says that "the hunting population has almost been whipped into a frenzy about the need for testing on their animals. If I shot what looked to be a healthy deer, would I eat it? You bet I would." Really? That's a bad idea. It is impossible to test a live deer for 'mad deer disease' and a healthy looking deer could very well be infected. The State of Wisconsin is desperate that hunters continue to kill deer and buy licenses to fund state conservation programs, but misrepresenting the dangers of eating venison and sausage from infected animals is reprehensible.

Human incubation is 20 to 40 years, but no one survives more than two years after Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD) goes active. Unlike AIDS, CJD can kill almost all known species of vertebrates. Agriculture is responsible for more than a third of the greenhouse gases worldwide because of the procedures used in conventional farming. What's more, whenever food rots away at a garbage dump, methane escapes into the atmosphere, a climate gas with an effect 25 times as powerful as carbon dioxide.

We waste HALF of the food produced (Video 1), and one of the tragedies among many, is that it has a disastrous impact on the world climate.

Imagine: every other head of lettuce, every other potato is thrown away because it does not meet supermarket standards.

According to the filmmakers of this video, the one billion hungry people could be fed three times over on the food thrown away in Europe and North America!

The supermarket system requires that they constantly have the complete selection of merchandise on offer. The bread on the shelves has to be fresh until late in the evening. Strawberries are in demand at any time of the year. Everything has to look just right: One withered leaf of lettuce, a crack in a potato or a dent in an apple -- in the trash they go. Containers of yogurt and other dairy products are thrown away two days before the 'sell by' date.

The more we can decentralize our food production, and buy from farmers markets, neighborhood food co ops and each other, the more we can support systems that do not necessitate this insanity.
