You are alone but somehow you have this eerie feeling you are not alone. You get goose bumps once in a while as you go along on a trail in the forest. Sometimes you cannot help looking back to see is someone is following you. But there is no one but yourself and the wild creatures you know so well.
But this nagging feeling that something out of this world is watching you keeps popping in your mind. Your body is a bit tense and your rectum is protesting.
You have been walking on the mountain trail for more than four hours that seemed to last an eternity. You cannot depend on the feeling of safety a gun gives you because you have got none.
All of a sudden, out of your field of vision of your right eye, you catch a glimpse of what appears to be a shadow.
Your first reaction is to stop and freeze for a moment. Your heart is racing and your guts are rumbling, announcing a possible fecal leak from the extreme fear you are already experimenting.
It is time to get out of here! your brains tells you and start running away from the place where you have seen the shadow.

There are many reports of shadow entities (also known as Shadow men, shadow folk, or shadow beings) around the world. A lot of people are talking about them and how disturbing they find them, especially when this phenomenon happens in the intimacy of their bedroom.
These humanoid entities know no barrier, according to witness accounts. They can penetrate any obstacle, including walls.
Shadow entities may be confused with ghosts. Except that the former are black and have no determined form.
"Witnesses also do not report the same feelings of being in the presence of
something that 'was once human'. Some individuals have described being menaced,
chased, or (more rarely) attacked by shadow people."
So far nobody has come up with a good explanation for this phenomenon. It may happen anywhere, in the woods or right at home in a city.
Some experts believe these entities are paranormal projections (e.g., demons) from parallel universes.
Others are inclined to think that this phenomenon has to do with aliens, especially Greys. There is an extensive amount of literature on this topic.
In Islamic countries, for example Saudi Arabia, people will tell you that this shadow presence is caused by djinns, those mysterious supernatural creatures made up of "smokeless fire" (Qur’an 15:27) that can assume any form, preferably dragons, snakes or black dogs.
Djinns live in solitary places in the mountains or deserts. Most of them have malignant intentions towards humans.
They may interact with people. And if disturbed, djinns enjoy playing tricks on humans. Or they may be conjured, using special rituals and sounds to request them power and money in exchange of a person´s soul (a pact with satan).
If you have had an experience of this type whilst you were in the woods, there might be a another explanation: Hallucinations.
Trees are full of life as much as you are. Each tree has an active bioenergy field (Fig. 1).
Add these bioenergy fields from all of the trees up and you will be literally walking through an ocean of energy emanating from the trees. This field tends to be stronger at night, early in the morning and afternoon, with a midday peak.
Furthermore, recent research has shown that plants are complex living beings, have developed sophisticated mechanisms to defend themselves from predators, are continuosly adapting to an environment that is always changing, exhibit extreme sensitivity to environmental factors, form communities and interact with animales, possess complicated chemical communication systems, and perhaps even have a consciousness.
New investigations in Plant Neurobiology demonstrate that "plants sense, memorize, and process experiences and use this information for their adaptive behavior and evolution" (Baluška & Mancuso, 2007).
From this pespective, your presence in the forest may disturb them since humans are the biggest predators of trees. They may somehow increase their bioenergy fields to "scare" and keep you (an energy package) away from the forest.
So, it could be that you are sensitive to this type of energy and you did not know about it. And the tree bioenergy field may affect your brain and this, mixed with the memories of childhood tales stored in your subconscious, may make you see things that have no reality in your reality.
In other words, the trees bioenergy field may induce you to see hallucinations.
We should also consider the possibility of magnetic hallucinations, i.e., the Earth magnetic field may induced in people a hallucinating experience they may associate with shadow entities or other paranormal activity.
Perhaps you are one of those humans sensitive to these waves and were at stronger or anomalous magnetic point at the time of your shadow experience.
How about mountain waves (Fig. 2) affecting your brain, enough to make you see "unreal" things?
If mountain waves may cause airplanes crashes sometimes, this Earth´s flow phenomenon on the oreography may influence your mood as well, just like the weather does on some people.
And finally, apart from the influence of wi-fi towers and cellular phones, possible disturbances by wind turbines, and similar factors, there might be secret experiments being carried out right now on how to better manage herds of people worldwide by projecting via satellite unknown personalised quantum waves directly into each individual´s head, thereby making them docile and obedient. This may also explain some people´s shadow experiences, according to some conspiratory experts.
Anyway, whatever the origin of the shadow entities, it seems that we are dealing with a complex phenomenon.
Thus, the best thing to do is to keep our own minds open.
We are microcosms living inside a macrocosm. We are mere fleeting packages of energy, bioelectronic flashes, interacting and dancing in a larger field of energy.
And we have yet to understand the origin and pace of our dance within this larger dance. Most likely we never will. We must learn to be humble and work in harmony with Nature and not against It. Can you not see our mess on planet Earth?
The shadow or night entity is not a new phenomenon. It is known since ancient times. It has happened before and is also happening right now somewhere in the world in the 21st century.
During the Middle Ages in Europe, for example, there are reports of people being terrified of going to bed because they would be attacked or sexually assaulted by monsters, demons, giant snakes, phantoms or crap-loving gods.
No solid walls would stop the night entities that would come to these people´s bedrooms to torture them. Like shadows, these night stalkers would go through anything solid to get to their victims.
People in the city markets were talking about this nightly visits of these creatures of the underground.
Common folks used to say that people who suffered from the horrible visits of the undead or bad spirits had been practicing black magic, invocating and contacting devils from hell.
It was the heyday of the incubus or succubus, those demons (male and female, respectively) that feed upon human energy given forth during sneaky sexual acts carried out in dreamland.
Quite a few people who complained to the wrong ears would be accussed of witchcraft and sent to the fire, hanged or beheaded in the public square.
This public killing of innocents or unwanted people was quite a popular show amongst the crowds that were always craving for blood. It was the TV of those old days.
Of course, sniffing in the air a possibility of making money, some people took advantage of the phenomenon of the night entities and set up small shops to sell amulets and fake chunks of wood from Christ´s Cross.
Priests were busy going back and forth trying to send back to hell the unleashesd dark forces through the power of exorcism.
Victims of the evil night spirits would go through two hells, for they were made to drink strange potions, such as "la pozione contro i demoni neri", made of olive oil, garlic, rosemary sticks, black poplar leaves, snake meat, toad bones and bark of cypress that grew in cemeteries, in the hopes of keeping away the night entities out of the bedroom.
You would think that this occurred only back then when the masses were basically quite "ignorant". Something that is now old and to be forgotten.
But it is not. Some people are still complaining or experiencing the phenomenon of visits by these dark entities (Video 1) nowadays.

What does science have to say about these evil entities? Without delving into this matter, for the subject is vast, let us skim its surface.
The night entity is considered a sleep disorder by some specialists. It is called sleep paralysis, a condition of loss of muscle activity or atonia (Thorpy & Yager, 2001).
According Thorpy & Yager (2001), this phenomenon occurs at the onset of sleep or upon awakening during the night or in the morning, in association with dreaming stage referred to as REM (Rapid Eye Movement).
The person suffering from this problem is awake when this phenomenon happens and if he (she) tries to move his (her) arms, for example, they do not respond voluntarily.
Because of this, the individual experiences a lot of fear and panic, so much so that some people may piss or shit their nightclothes.
If on top of this, he (she) has a hard time breathing during the episode, then the experience becomes hellish.
The patient may feel that he (she) is being attacked by monsters, phantoms, demons or ETs coming out of hell.
Even if the phenomenon last only a few seconds or minutes, the patient feels that it lasts an eternity.
Sleep paralysis may be accompanied with strange snoring, groaning or moaning sounds which may scare the hell out of anyone who might be is sleeping nearby.
People who have been getting little sleep or cannot fall asleep and yet are quite tired and want to sleep may find themselves experiencing this problem.
Some experts say
that this disorder is basically a case of the unconscious taking over
the conscious whilst the person is still awake at the onset of sleep.
Under the influence of alcohol, drugs and certain mind-altering medications, people may suffer from this disorder.
The sufferers may perceive terrifying and colourful images or experience frighteningauditory, tactile, and kinetic sensations (hypnagogic hallucinations) at the onset of sleep or upon wakening (hypnopompic hallucinations) and thus imagine weird things such as demons, phantoms, monsters and burglars in the bedroom or that the house has caught fired, is flooded or sinking.
On the other hand, a small percentage of patients do not fall within this category of sleep paralysis.
In this case, there is some evidence that some individuals are being visited and abducted by real aliens. This phenomenon was well investigated by the American psychiatrist from the University of Harvard, Dr. John E. Mack (Videos 2-3).

Confronted with this phenomenon, whatever its cause may be, be it physical or paranormal, the best thing to do is to keep our minds open, learn to bring peace to our thoughts whether they are in turmoil or not and let love be our guide in our lives.

They were created out of smokeless fire (plasma) by the Creator, according to Islamic traditions. The Quran speaks about them.
They see you but you do not see them. They can appear and disappear at will.
They have the ability to shapeshift and take any living or nonliving form, from a rock to a monster such as a black dog with red glowing eyes, giant snakes or dragons, anything they want.
Humans are their toys. So are animals. They enjoy playing tricks on people and domestic animals and wildlife at night or in plain daylight.
They can also kill anyone if they wish, at home or anywhere else.
They particularly enjoy causing accidents, especially terrible automobile or airplane crashes, in order to suck up the negative energy emanating out of the incident site.
Fear, war and pain are food for them. They swell with wars.
Noisy discotheques, sports stadia, boxing and bullfighting rings and slaughterhouses are at the top of the list. They frequent these places to harvest the storms of energies rising from them.
At least some of the more radicals amongst them, those who hate humans, have a secret agenda which includes a hybridisation programme with humans. They want to take over Earth.
Interbreeding with humans is no problem to them. They can take anybody they want.
They can de found anywhere but prefer isolated places like mountains, deserts or caves deep in the forest or jungle.
A big part of the UFO phenomenon around the world is caused by them. So are some reports of religious idols behaving like living entities. For example, being able to drink milk.
Who are they? They are the "hidden or concealed ones" or simply djinns.

Remember: "You are not what you think you are but what you thing you are". So, be careful with what you think or bring into your thinking machine inside your skull. Roger J. Morneau (18 April 1925 – 22 September 1998) was a Christian author who wrote on
prayer and the supernatural. He was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
Morneau was born in 1925 in Quebec,
Canada. He was born into a
very religious family where his parents were devout French Canadian Catholics; two of his aunts
were nuns, and one uncle was a priest. As a youth Roger
experienced the passing of his mother, and disillusionment in God he later
claimed stemmed from teachings in Catholic books and the Church. He claimed to have
been concerned with teaching that outside of the Roman Catholic
Church, there is no salvation and felt he could
not understand a God that would torture people eternally in hell.
As a young adult, Roger was introduced to spiritualism through a friend, and nearly joined a
secret order of spirit worshipers who claimed to be the "elite" and were servants of
Lucifier himself. Before Roger was to make a full commitment, however, he asked
a Seventh-day Adventist co-worker, Cyril Grosse, if he would go over some Bible
studies with him. This was what Roger
needed to turn away from the realm of spiritualism and start his studies of
Christ as an Adventist. In defiance to a bounty for his head of $10,000 (approximately
$126,000 in 2012's US
dollars), Roger became a Christian in the Adventist Church in 1946. In 1947, he
married Hilda, a licensed vocational nurse in Montreal, and worked many years in telephone
advertising sales. In 1984, a virus destroyed part of his heart muscle, giving
him cardiomyopathy for
