HUMAN... SEE THYSELF

Source: HalloweenForum.com.

Source: sciBRIGHT

Quote:

"Planet Earth. Dominated by over 1 quadrillion litres of water, 8 million species of animals and orbiting one of the 400 billion stars in the Milky Way. We are about twelve seconds into this video and in those last twelve seconds we have killed over 60,000 animals to feed humans, it is now over 100,000 and continues to rise rapidly.

For every ten humans that die, 47,560 animals will be killed at the same time for human consumption. Over 150 billion animals will be slaughtered this year which equates to about 500 million animals a day. For comparison of numbers, about 100 billion humans have lived on Earth at some point.

The cruelty doesn't end here, if you're squeamish look away but continue listening. In China and many places around the world, animals are killed, tortured or skinned alive for their fur, with them getting electrocuted to death, having their skin peeled off while still alive and being dumped on piles of skinned bodies, while still alive. This happens millions of times a year and is so cruel that it can take these skinned animals hours to die, leaving them suffering for all that time. This is used to help make those fur coats which people wear and with tens of millions being killed a year, it's one of the cruellest things which humans do to animals tens of millions of times a year."

ICELAND: COMMODITY HORSES

Iceland is famous for its breathtaking landscape, open spaces for skiing, its winter horse-drawn sledges, its fin whale harvesting programme, its whale beer made with whale meal (the byproduct of processing the marine animal’s meat and oil), a while back for its banking underground connections with the Russian Mafiya, amongst other known, not so known and unknown things.

Recently, under the impact of climate change, the north polar ice cap is melting, Iceland has become once again a strategic gateway. So it is more frequently mentioned in the international news.

The new ocean routes are providing access to the vast unexploited natural resources such as oil and natural gas located under the seabed of the Arctic.

This is why and not surprising that many of the world´s powerful energy chupacabras such as China are already knocking at the door to court the Island´s government officials.

With globalisation, the island has become home for a growing black market of drugs (cocaine, weed, ecstasy, speed and cocaine).

At certain times of the year, tourism is one of the main economic sources for many folks on the island.

In the countryside, horse riding on the extensive meadows is quite popular with locals and outsiders too.

Iceland´s ponies are well known for their stamina and above all, their ability to withstand low temperatures during the long winter months.

As a friend who was recently there told us, nice horses in Iceland (Videos 1-2), but....

Video 1. Free roaming horses in Iceland.

Video 2. Horse round-up in Iceland.

The number of horses in the country is estimated to be approximately 40.000. On an annual basis, horse breeders do some culling, what the farmers consider a "byproduct".

This is what is waiting for more than 10.000 horses in Iceland annually (Video 1).

Video 3. Inside a horse slaughterhouse.

What an end!!

Commodity horses in Iceland

Iceland is making a kill with horses. Its production of horsemeat has increased in 2013, reaching over 1.500 tonnes,  according to the Iceland Review Online´s 2014 report (IRO).

The IRO´s report also mentioned that domestic consumption of horsemeat has also gone up, increasing 23,3% between 2011 and 2012.

Exports, chiefly to France, Italy, Switzerland and Russia, increased from 311.7 to 875.6 tonnes by the end of 2012, as indicated by the same report.

Other countries get a share of this export as well. Belgium also serves as a dump for some Icelandic meathorse. And in the black markets of Colombia, Panama, Chile, Brazil, Turkey and Spain, to name a few, there are also mafiosi who are fucking crazy about eating this nordic equine meat.

In Reykjavík, the capital and the largest city, for example, eating foal meat is very fashionable. Some people think of it as a "national specialty"

You can find many restaurants in the capital offering horsemeat on the menu.

The tradition of eating horse is old in this Arctic nation. In such a harsh land, people depended and still do on all sorts of available meat to survive.

And horses have adapted to the island´s tough climatic conditions since ancient times. Thus, they became a food source.

The Horse Breeders Association of Iceland points out that "the history of the Icelandic Horse can be traced right back to the settlement of the country in the late 9th century. Viking settlers brought with them their best horses, from various origins, though mostly of Germanic descent. Some sources say that the Icelandic Horse is a descendant of a Northern European breed, "Equus scandinavicus", while others claim that the horse is closely related to the English Exmoor pony. Although the origin of the breed was mixed, today this is one of the most purebred horse breeds in the world, due to its isolation. The breed has remained pure for over a thousand years and thus today there is only one breed: The Icelandic Horse."

In a nutshell, as you can see, Iceland is not at all what they want everybody outside the island to believe. It has its own skeletons in the closet. Just like any country does.

And well kept.

So far we have not seen a video on horse slaughtering, for example.

We shall keep digging.

It is time to sign off.

See you later alligators!

HEART TREK TO SEEK OUT EMPATHY: ANIMAL NATIONS UNDER ATTACK BY MAN

"For the animal shall not be measured by man. In a world older and more complete than ours, they move finished and complete, gifted with extensions of the senses we have lost or never attained, living by voices we shall never hear. They are not brethren; they are not underlings; they are other nations, caught with ourselves in the net of life and time, fellow prisoners of the splendour and travail of the Earth."
                 Henry Beston

The huge explosion blasted the giant creature´s brains. The whale shivered, shook and twisted making whirlpools of blood and blue water as it suffered its terrible agony. Little by little in what probably felt like an eternity to the animal, its life essence abandoned its body.

With its death, millions of years of animal evolution and accumulated knowledge of whale culture have come to a violent end.

The men on the ship showed no mercy at all. They were rather happy to see another killed whale brought up the floating killer factory.

A marine intelligent creature´s life had been severed and not many people protested for such a crime (Video 1).

Warning! Raw  images!
Video 1. Whale nations under attack by humans.

Such is the state of things in man´s world. In it, only humans are considered worth of great value for protecting from any potential or real killer´s hands.

In modern states, the so-called "civilised law" states that no man can take another man´s life. Despite this it happens all of the time.

Mankind has yet to find a permanent way of living in peace without the dangers of tragic wars.

Notwithstanding, the law stands where it is needed to bring justice, wherever and whenever any intraspecific human crime occurs.

But when it comes to nonhuman animals, the whole thing is a different story. It is still upside down.

Despite the progress on Animal Rights, nonhuman animals are not yet fully comprised within the realm of the law at par with man.

Not even other members of the Hominidae (e.g., Gorilla gorilla) have reached this level. They are still being treated like crap.

Moreover, it was not long ago when large numbers of human beings were treated as inferior things to be enslaved and exploited to the last drop of their blood by other people (daemo-people) that happened to have had more efficient weapons in their hands.

Even today, human trafficking still is a big problem around the world.

And animal trafficking still is even bigger (Video 2)!

Video 2. Documenting Asia´s illegal animal trade.

This is why when some people say that "humans are basically evil", they are not far from the truth.

Besides hunger, the main reasons why humans see nonhuman animals as inferior is historical, religious, specific haughtiness, daemo-economics, greediness and extreme lack of empathy from our part.

We humans - the biggest predators that ever walked upon the surface of the Earth - classify nonhuman animals as inferior for our own convenience: To exploit them, to traffic them, to slaughter them, to kill them, to eat them.

We already slaughter and devour 65 billion animals every year.

Our fancy "civilisation" is literally sitting upon oceans of animal blood (Fig. 1; Video 3).

Figure 1. Denmark´s crown bloody jewel: The biggest pig slaughterhouse in Europe. Source: WPO.

Video 3. Animal hells: Inhumane human brutality on animals.

Humankind thrives on animal flesh and blood.

So, standing before such a vast scale of mass animal killing, we should quit being vain when calling cutting animal veins as something "humane"

There is not such a thing as "humane killing". Killing is killing.

In a nutshell, animal nations are under attack by man.

Let us face it, we throw nonhuman animals in an inferior category bag based on our own quantitative and qualitative sparking and sizzling neuronal abilities, our own brain storms, i.e, the amount of sophisticated brain permutations which allow us to build tools and especially weapons (Fig. 2) to kill ourselves and everyone else on Earth.

Figure 2. World military spending. Source: Global Issues.

From this backfiring perspective, a short-sighted view which is endangering life on this planet right now, only any nonhuman animal capable of matching our brain abilities could ever be treated as our equal, worth considering to enter our law land totality.

Anyway, it is fucking sad!

But no matter what, one big question remains.

Since we humans value so much life, here is the big question:
  • Why can´t we apply the same degree of law unto other creatures that are full of life as we are?

Then a smart aleck could say "if we did that we wouldn´t eat!"

But in order to eat, do we have to cause so much pain and environmental havoc?

Experts already indicate that three quarters of the arable land on Earth are now dedicated to planting the crops of cereals and grains to feed the animals (Video 4) we prey upon with the consequent environmental degradation, contamination and/or destruction along with species extinction.

Video 4. Deforestation on the Amazon.

And this amount of land will have to be increased soon because meat consumption in the world is expected to double in the next 20-40 years.

At this rate of consumption, we will need two or five Earths more. Do you know where they are and how to get there right now?

Obviously something has got to go. You already know what it is. More so if you have children.

Now two more questions:
  • Why can´t we eat the grain instead?
  • Why so much bloodshed?

And finally, another question:
  • Is it not truth that most modern humans on Earth have been brainwashed by the meat lobby & Inc. (animal ranchers, bought officials and politicians, and big med and pharma interests) into the satanic-vampire cult to adore and feed upon animal flesh and blood?

A few centuries ago, in Europe for instance, it was the princes and kings that gorge themselves up eating and feasting on all kinds of meats. As a result, they were the ones who were suffering from kidney failures, rotten colons, anal fistulae, gout, amongst other horrible diseases.

On the contrary, the poor folks that fed mostly on cereals such as barley and wheat and pulses such as lentils and beans were quite healthy.

Anything said contrariwise is a historical or medical lie.

Today, anyone who is into this unsustainable cult of flesh and blood, a practitioner of gorging himself up with meats, especially the kind sold under the label of "fast food", is suffering the consequences of poor health (Video 5).

Video 5. Globesity: Fat´s new frontier.

In this mad meat and blood addicted modern "civilisation", the first sign of failing health are dark sacks under the eyes (Fig. 3), an indication of stressed or troubled kidneys, which can be seen in children and adults hooked on hormone and antibiotic laden chicken, dairy products and hamburgers (Video 6) and preservative and additive loaded french fries deepfried in cow fat (beef tallow), alone or mixed with unsustainably grown vegetable oils (GM corn or soybean).

Figure 3. Sacks under the eyes. Source: todosloscomo.com.

Video 6. Bovine growth hormone in meat.

In conclusion, vampires do exist. Humans are the vampires on Earth.

Folks, the planet is dying. We humans are eating it. We are sucking it dry. We are killing it (Video 7).

Video 7. Humans are destroying Earth.

How can we be so fucking stupid?

We leave you right here to ponder for a while. This is something we all must do.

Do your own heart trek in search of new life in your own universe.

Seek out and bring new life to your heart and boldly go where you have not gone before.

Do your own heart trek to find your empathy!!!

COCKFIGHTING MAFIA: BULL FESTIVALS, ANIMAL RIGHTS PROGRESS IN PANAMA & OTHER TASKS

Fuente: telemetro.com.

By  Gundhramns Hammer

They call it the "Festival del Toro Guapo" (the Handsome Bull Festival). It is celebrated the 15th October of each year in Anton, Panama.

In the past, a cow or a bull was brought in to suffer all kinds of abuse and violations and this was watched by many people that used to gather around the animal´s hell.

From the Animal Rights point of view, this town festival as performed before was simply an excuse to torture, abuse and violate a cow or bull by a bunch of men who were usually high in alcohol, marihuana or cocaine (Video 1). We have to keep in mind that there was and still is drug trafficking going on in Panama.

Video 1. Cow violated by narcos, drunkards and wackos in Anton (Panama) in 2008.

In other words and put quite bluntly, up till recently poor animals were abused or violated by narcos, drunkards or wackos during festivals in Panama.

Applying a bird´s-eye historical view, the festival used to be basically a "cheap imitation", as expressed once by a Spaniard visiting the town of Anton, of another hell in Spain: Bullfights, "corridas" or "vaquillas".

But things have changed a bit in Panama now.

Panama is progressing at snail´s pace not only regarding the building of infrastructures (e.g., metro) or widening the Canal but also along the line of Animal Rights.

The latter is indeed good news.

According to the Panamanian Law 70, Articles 1 and 2, of the Protection of Domestic Animals of 2012, his kind of cruel treatment on domestic animals in spectacles is now history. It is prohibited.

So, what do Anton´s people use instead of the live animal now?

They have substituted the live animal for a colourful bovine-looking artifact that is worn over a person´s back and swung around chasing people to make them laugh (Video 2).

Video 2. The Toro Guapo Festival in Anton (Panama) in 2013.

An excellent idea and what better way to show the world there are many Panamanians who do indeed care about animals and love Nature.

Congratulations for that!

And congratulations to all Animal Rights advocates that have fought for this moment to happen in Panama.

It is a big step.

Furthermore, it is admirable to see young nations such as Panama to move in the right direction. Bravo!

However, there are still some exceptions to the Animal Rights Law 70 in Panama.

So there is still a lot of work to do.

And we are not talking about the common incidents of bestiality and zoophilia in Panama. Such acts are severely punished in this nation now.

We are referring to something else.

First, there are the famous cockfights, another relic from the Spanish Conquest in the Isthmus. They are still allowed all over Panama.

Cockfights move a lot of money in bets (Video 3). Bets ("desafío bolsa") can go from US$100 to US$50.000 or more in Panama.

Video 3. An expensive cockfight: US$30.000 in the bag.

Colombians, Puerto Ricans, Peruvians, Dominicans, Cubans, Venezuelans, Americans (Miami), Spanish, Brazilians and other people of different nationalities get together for cockfighting events in Panama.

Some national and international experts on organised crime indicate that cockfights are a perfect vehicle for criminal syndicates to launder drug money in Panama.

Gold, expensive jewelry, rough diamonds (smuggled from Africa), packs of pirated CDs, drugs, weapons, coltán (from Venezuela), bales of smuggled snuff and other stuff instead of money may be secretely used as cockfight bets by some people, mainly in Chiriqui, Colon, Darien and Cocle.

Amongst Panama´s provinces, Cocle is steeped in secrets that are no true secrets because even vendors selling ice cream on the streets can tell you what they call the "El Camino de la Montaña" (the Mountain Trail), meaning the Penonome+Chorrerita and/or Aguas Blancas+La Colorada (de Juan Diaz)+Valle de Anton+Cocle del Norte+Colon Axis, a notorious and old route used by the hush-hush local mafia for all sorts of trafficking and contraband since colonial times.

National and international authorities (DIJ, DEA, CIA, Interpol, etc.) should look into this obscure world going on in the cockfighting world and other underground worlds in Panama and explore deeply its roots and interconnections including bullfights beyond its beach.

Honest people in Panama would be quite happy to see all of the crooks that strut their stuff as untouchable cocks on the streets in the hinterland cities in Panama.

But this is stuff for the police where there should be police when the police sometimes does not want to police what they should police.

All in all, there are many social and ethical reasons to abolish cockfights.

The "cultural" excuse so often mentioned and upheld by lovers of cock blood is bullshit.

According to experts on human behaviour and psychology, only psychologically disturbed, psychotic or sexually abused people or some incipient or hidden homosexuals enjoy blood "sports", especially the ones where daggers and swords are plunged into the body of a victim (animal).

Let us hope cockfights in Panama will be soon history too.

The second is the tough one. The toughest. Not just for Panama but also for every nation on Earth.

As things stand now, the next step will not be decided by any humans on their own. Someone else will do it for them in the near future whether they like it or not.

It will be imposed upon humans by Mother Nature alone, for Homo "sapiens" like any other species lives in a world of finite resources

It has to do with the matter of raising animals whether in factory farms (e.g., chickens) (Video 4) or CAFOs (cattle) causing deterioration to the environment (e.g., soil, water and air pollution) or open range  (e.g., cattle) which if done in the Tropics or anywhere involves cutting down the forests to expand the business, feeding them food crops (which should go to people) to fatten them up and killing them (Video 5) to eat them.

Video 4. Say NO to battery farming!

Video 5. inside a sausage supplier to Mississippi schools.

What this means is that meat eating at the present or higher scale is and will be not only ecological expensive but also anti-biospherical or anti-nature.

Thus, as a result and also as the human population grows, which means more and more great demands on Earth´s ecosystems, more and more people will have no other choice but to become vegetarian or vegan.

If humans want ot survive as a species they will have to change their consumption habits drastically. It is not only a matter of technology to solve the problems we have carved on our own. It is required more than that.

If people do not, they will be made to change their consumption habits by the Mother of all mothers: Mother Nature.

On these matters, despite of having other problems such as water crisis, a large population, for instance, India is way ahead of everyone in the world in other apects.

There are already millions of people whose diet is strictly plant based. Which is a good thing.

And not for being vegans and vegetarian Indians are not unhealthy. On the contrary, they sicken if they switch (transition nutrition) to a Western diet rich in meat and dairy products, i.e., over-meaty and over-greasy and unhealthy, and great amounts of processed or refined foods, consumed with every meal or all the time.

This is a pending task for the vast majority of humans.

As for ourselves, in case you are wondering, we have already become vegetarians. We did it a long time ago. Not for health reasons but because of a deeply ethical and empathic vision.

Where are you on this matter?

Are you still a prisoner of old programmes learned during childhood and ingrained in your brains so that you end up acting like a biological robot?

PUPPY HELLS: PREYING ON ANIMAL PAIN IN THE NAME OF GOD

God does not need to eat otherwise it, she or he or whatever this entity might be would not be god.  On the contrary, human worshippers of any god do indeed need to eat.

In other words, worshipping people must find a way to make money to put their bread and butter on the table.

And when it comes to making money, people always find ingenious ways to get to it. More so now than ever before, for most people have fallen prey to the devils of consumerism and are always desperate to have more money.

Some people work hard like slaves to earn money. They break their backs to make ends meet. Most people fall on this category.

On the other hand, others have found ways of stealing, sucking, vampirising or extracting sweat and blood from other persons, animals or plants via business, wheeling and dealing... any legal or illegal means that they can come up with. It is here where we find the wealthy elite that is sucking Earth dry.

Like people, businesses can take any shape or form to conform anyone´s whims or means to gain what they want to gain.

But we will not delve into this. We are more interested in a particular kind.

So, let us check the back of those we want you to know that depend on others´ backs to make money.

Find out how some Amish and Mennonite communities in the United States do it. They have recently been exposed how they make some of their money, not on praying but preying on animals´ pain: The horrible puppy mills (Videos 1-6).
