How do we go about measuring any state´s corruption around the world?

It is simple. Here is the key to find out:

Corruptissima re publica plurimae leges.

[The more corrupt the state, the more abundant the laws.]

Any state is a mirror of ourselves. Indeed.

Therefore, if we do not want that our own state be corrupt, we the citizens that make it up must be moral individuals.

And a good place to start practising being moral is at home, don´t you think so?
